Reflections of Great Canadians

Following Bonnie’s lead – some reflections on “The Greatest Canadian” contest at CBC.
– Most important – CBC is my only channel, so I’m just glad the commercials about this contest have finally changed.
– Notice how many hockey players were on the list? What does that say about our country?
– Pamela Anderson? Are you serious? We have to have somebody “greater” than her!
– What does it take to be great – obviously fame has a lot to do with it, but does TV and movie fame really make you “great”? To quote a “great one” from a couple thousand years ago: “4Therefore, anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.”

you should ask the joel, tori and colby house who they voted for.

  2. Well since I don’t think Selma Hayeck is Canadian… I can likely guess! Hope I didn’t insult them.
